Our Sutton location opened in 2001 and has quickly grown to be an important part of our business. Unlike our Stouffville location, Sutton is all located at one address, 20971 Dalton Rd in Sutton. It consists of a main store, a lumber yard, and a small design centre. Rentals and Installations are done through Stouffville only but can be offered in the Sutton area.

Main Store
Our main store houses a strong variety of building and hardware fundamentals best fit for your needs. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff have decades of experience in all of our departments and are eager to help when needed. We also offer a variety of departments such as paint, hardware, plumbing, trim + door, electrical, and more. In consistency with our company values, our Sutton store values customer service first and will always try our hardest to find the right solution for you.
Design & Installation Services
One of our most popular services is custom design. Our design team can help with any aspects of your next project. From building plans to custom orders, our team will help your building dream a reality.
Lumber Yard
Our lumber yard stocks a variety of fundamental building materials necessary for whatever project you may be working on. We offer free delivery to most areas of southern Ontario, or you can pick-up anytime.
Future Expansion
Future Expansion
By 2024, our Sutton location is nearly tripling in size, allowing more storage for lumber and space for retail. A main focus of our expansion will also be geared towards having a much larger design centre, as that is one of our most popular services. This expansion will make our Sutton location roughly the same size as our Stouffville location, and we look forward to this expansion allowing us to support more businesses local to the Sutton area.
